Teamwork is essential in the current workplace to achieve the best results. There are specific skills that must be developed to learn to work together in an efficient way:

• Knowing oneself to understand our own possibilities
• Raise awareness about the importance of the rational/emotional, interpersonal / group and verbal / gestural communication
